(FMHC), a depositor-owned holding company headquartered in Ohio. Warsaw Federal and FMHC previously announced the intention to form an affiliate relationship pending member and regulatory approval.

Warsaw Federal will continue to operate under its own name and remain an autonomous mutual bank, while continuing its 127-year history of community investment and serving the people of Price Hill and the Cincinnati community.
